Jill Furumoto, M.A., LMHC., LMT. is an integrative therapist specializing in traumatic stress disorders and attachment disorders. Jill has extensive experience working with both children and adults navigating traumatic loss, grief, mood disorders, and interpersonal strain in relationships. Her approach is primarily person-centered, humanistic, and existential, ensuring that each client feels heard and empowered in their healing journey.
With a background in music therapy from the Steinhardt School at New York University, Jill incorporates creative modalities, such as art therapy and mindfulness, along with evidence-based techniques like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Jill has trained in bodywork and continues to deepen her expertise by pursuing a postgraduate degree in mind-body medicine at Saybrook University. Jill's goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, discover their resilience, and move toward greater well-being.
Sandi Hammond, Therapeutic Coach. Sandi Hammond has a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from Palouse Mindfulness, a certificate in plant-based nutrition from eCornell, and is currently completing a double master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy at Lesley University (May 2025). Sandi is an amateur triathlete and is passionate about integrating nutrition and movement into her wellness coaching practice. Sandi first discovered meditation at age 14, and a year later purchased a copy of what at the time was a revolutionary book, “The Relaxation Response” by Dr Herbert Benson. In the early 1990’s she volunteered in his clinic and in 1999 joined the staff in his Mind Body program for Chronic Pain at Beth Israel Deaconess. Sandi brings her many years of songwriting and teaching music to her wellness practice, integrating music, movement, art, writing and overall creativity with her coaching clients. Areas of clinical interest and focus include ADHD, anxiety, stress management, neuroplasticity and emotional regulation.
